Sunny and clear weather with temperatures in the 70s is expected this weekend so it’s a great opportunity to get out and see some Knoxville homes for sale or enjoy some fun activities in East Tennessee!

The NSRA Street Rod Nationals South at Chilhowee Park

People love their cars and over 2,000 street rods, customs, and muscle cars will descend upon Chilhowee Park in Knoxville this weekend. The National Street Rod Association exhibition will also include more than 600 exhibitors and swappers as part of the event. Admission is cash only at the gate; $19 adults, $6 children 6-12 years old.

UT Baseball vs. Kentucky at Lindsey Nelson Stadium

Tony Vitello’s Tennessee Vols (33-10) take on the Kentucky Wildcats at home in a three game series this weekend. Friday evening’s game is set for 6:30pm and first pitch for Saturday’s game takes place at 1pm. Seating capacity remains limited at these games with health and safety protocols to be enforced. Each game will also be broadcast on SEC Network+.

Dollywood’s Flower and Food Festival

Take a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN and see the beauty and splendor of the Flower and Food Festival at Dollywood! Through June 7, the park will be decked out in more than 500,000 fragrant and colorful flowers including larger-than-life blooming sculptures over 15 feet tall. Dollywood chefs are on hand preparing special garden-fresh cuisine through out the park. This year the festival includes inspiring musical performances as part of the Melodies of Spring Concerts Series.
