Lenoir City is located on the outskirts of the greater metropolitan Knoxville area in Loudon County. It is known as the “Lake Capital of the South” due to being surrounded by three beautiful lakes that provide many recreational opportunities. Lenoir City has a strong commercial base on Highway 321, coupled with a very charming Historic Downtown area.

Communities: Lenoir City is home to many private communities such as Wind River which provides lakefront access and golf course community on Tellico Lake. Avalon is another private community in Lenoir City that is only 15 minutes to downtown Knoxville and also includes a golfing community.   • Calhoun’s at the Marina: With serene dockside stylishness, this Calhoun’s is right on the water’s edge overlooking one of Tennessee’s largest marinas just above Ft.Loudon Dam. A very relaxing atmosphere with seating on a covered deck faces the doc, boats and Ft.Loudon Lake. Nightly entertainment on the deck is also available.
  • Cinco Amigos Mexican Restaurant: Voted “Best Mexican Food” for 13 years, Cinco Amigos Mexican Restaurant is sure to provide authentic Mexican food. Fresh _54G9611produce choice meats & poultry are delivered 3 times weekly to produce the finest meals. Classics like Guacamole and Ceviche to more modern dishes like Fajitas and Chimichangas are served at the restaurant. Cinco Amigos Mexican Restaurant has an extensive menu of not only food, but drinks as well. You’ll find import beer, domestic beer, margaritas and wines to choose from. Lunch specials are also served everyday until 3:00 pm!
  • Le Noir” A Belgian Southern Bistro: “From Waffles to Belgian fries, from a cold Belgian beer, to a nice glass of wine. Just come in, sit down, and relax.” The Le Noir” A Belgian Southern Bistro regularly hosts local musicians every Saturday night and can be rented out for a part of six or even business, club or family meetings.
