Why Have Restrictions?
The covenants established for Oak Farm home sites are designed to protect your investment and preserve the beauty and grandeur of the area. Therefore, it is essential to have regulations in place to safeguard against future actions that might negatively impact your investment and living experience.
- No lot can be subdivided.
- Prior to occupancy, each dwelling must be completed on the exterior and within 120 days, the driveway must be paved.
- Concrete or concrete cinder block cannot be used as a building material for any exposed exterior surface and no metal-sided accessory building will be approved.
- All utilities must be located underground and each land owner is responsible for the completion and expense of all utility lines and connections between the main utility lines and the dwelling or other building located on each lot.
