The Lots at Oak Farm
The Best of East Tennessee
Located in Kingston, TN, Oak Farm offers home sites that are some of the best of what East Tennessee has to offer; pastoral settings close to urban amenities. Current owners Rodney and Sharon McKee purchased the farm in 2003 from a family that owned and farmed the land for more than 100 years. Considering the history of the property, the McKees lovingly restored the hayfields and pastures, rebuilt the barns and started a commercial horse hay business.
A Lasting Vision
With its stunning hilltop views and clear, ever-flowing creek, the 100-acre farm has provided the McKees a calm and quiet retreat from their jobs in Oak Ridge and Knoxville for more than a decade. The couple is retiring with the idea that a division of the farm be done in a way that maintains the integrity of the property while providing for a community of homes, each with enough land to preserve the peace and tranquility that is the hallmark of Oak Farm. To protect the investment of future owners, the McKees have filed a set of restrictions designed to promote responsible development and support the continued natural beauty of the land.
