Avalon is a community located in Loudon County, Tennessee. It is convenient to Knoxville and minutes from upscale shopping areas located in Farragut. The 430-acre community is nestled among mature hardwoods, streams, lakes, and spectacular views of the Cumberland and Smoky Mountains.

Amenities
Pool: The large saltwater pool is available for residents and their guests. The pool features ample lounging areas plus a covered area for picnics.
Community Center: The community center is available for resident meetings, parties, and gatherings. It is frequently used for HOA & committee meetings, game nights and community social events. The community center is also available for residents to rent for private events.
Tennis Courts: There are two tennis courts available for resident use.
Basketball: There is a basketball goal available for resident use.
Pickleball: There is one Pickleball court.
Avalon Golf and Country Club
Adjacent to the community is the Avalon Golf and Country Club. The Avalon Golf and Country Club 18-hole, par 72 golf course features various terrains, elevations, and slopes providing exceptional golf challenges. Designed by Joseph L. Lee, the Avalon golf course opened in 1997 and is open to the public. The Country Club also offers fine dining, complete bar and hosting of private events.
